The IDMANN Method begins by defining the Tutorial Target—the learner, class or cohort whose capability is to be developed. Every instructional decision is then organized around that target.
Rather than require one person to define, design, deliver and examine the entire learning process, the Method separates these functions and coordinates them. This division of responsibility makes instruction easier to prepare, more consistent to deliver and more responsive to evidence from the learner.
The sequence below presents the Method’s organizing principles, roles and operating cycle.

At IDMANN, we publish, distribute and deliver high-impact, customized instructional and developmental materials that support daily teaching in classrooms, homeschools, workplaces, workshops and other tutorial settings.
Our primary commitment is to individualized learning. We prepare and deliver the material YOU need for each teaching day, and you simply show up and teach.
Whether teaching occurs at home, around a dining table, in a classroom, workshop or workplace, you focus on the Tutorial Target or Targets in front of you; we handle the background work that makes each instructional day possible.
When appropriate and upon request, we also provide direct tutorial support to help ensure that your tutorial goals are met. At the end of the day, what matters is that the Tutorial Target learns—and remains happy to learn more.
Drivers are not asked to build their cars every day before driving them. Why should teachers have to build every lesson before teaching it?!
Whether you are a classroom teacher, homeschooling parent, workplace trainer, vocational instructor or anyone responsible for guiding a learner, we are here to support you.
We will work together to identify what you are required to teach. Every week, we will deliver your complete instructional package. You simply enter the tutorial setting and teach. Simple.
Your customized package, aligned with the governing curriculum or competency requirements, includes the teaching sequence, explanations, activities, resources, questions, assignments and assessments you need for the week.
You review the package. You enter the classroom, workshop, workplace—or whichever space has temporarily become the tutorial environment. You teach.

A single Tutorial Target will receive material configured as a TDW-i.
A Tutorial Coordinator teaching a class or cohort of 20 Tutorial Targets will receive a TDW-c.
An informal learning group will receive a TDW-g.
Each Tutorial Delivery Workbook is configured for the people who will actually use it.
Upload anything else that will help us understand your specific needs and those of your Tutorial Targets.
This is vital. Your schedule allows us to establish the correct pacing for your TDW.

You review it. You prepare for the tutorial session. You teach.
Tell us what worked, what did not and what you observed during the tutorial process.
Your feedback helps us improve the next TDW—typically delivered for the following week.
Continuous improvement is an important part of the IDMANN Method.
We ALL—you, your Tutorial Targets and IDMANN—improve OUR process EVERY week.
Development → Delivery → Teaching → Observation → Feedback → Improved Delivery.
But sometimes even you cannot be available to engage your Tutorial Target or Targets.
If you need a Secondary Tutorial Coordinator to cover a general subject, fill a specific subject gap or maintain continuity for a defined period, IDMANN provides that support.

Tutorial support may be delivered remotely through our secure, in-house tutorial-delivery platform or in person when a program requires supervised practical work.
Our highly qualified Tutorial Coordinators interact directly with Tutorial Targets and provide the REAL-TIME support appropriate to the program.
