IDMANN Institute develops and delivers focused instructional programs that turn learning into practical, transferable capability. Our present offerings are organized into four areas: digital technologies, vocational technologies, institutional development and personal development.
IDMANN Institute grew from a series of in-house training programs developed by Aquada Development Corporation beginning in 2005. Those programs were created to address practical operating needs and were refined over more than a decade before the Institute received formal approval and opened its programs to a wider community of learners.
That history continues to shape the Institute. We do not develop courses simply to enlarge a catalogue. We retain programs for which we can provide coherent instruction, appropriate tutorial support and a credible pathway from learning to demonstrated capability.
Every program is organized using the IDMANN Method. The Method begins with a defined Tutorial Target and coordinates instructional authority, design, delivery and examination around that target. Program delivery follows the work being taught. Many offerings can be completed online. Programs requiring supervised practical work may include an applied-learning placement, practicum or short residency at a designated practice facility. Customized instructional materials, qualified Tutorial Coordinators and carefully selected digital instruments support the learning process. Together, these cooperative services make instruction consistent, responsive and easier to deliver.
IDMANN Academy applies the IDMANN Method in formal classrooms, homeschools and homework-support settings. IDMANN Institute provides focused digital, vocational, institutional and personal-development programs. Through IDMANN STEP, schools and other learning institutions can incorporate IDMANN programs and instructional capabilities while retaining their own curricula, communities and institutional identities.
